How It Works

First thing you need to know is most graphical email sites offer you this service but you need to log on to their website to send or receive your email messages.  Most customers do not feel comfortable in logging onto a website to send and receive their emails because it is an inconvenience and they would much rather use their existing email software that they are familiar with. 

We do your graphical email here in house and all graphics are setup for you so you know your client will always get your personalized graphic email from you.  You can use it in your own email client such as, Outlook Express, Outlook 98/2000 and many more.  

The steps in getting your email ready are as follows:

• First you will make a one time payment for $99.99 CAD for your Graphic Email

• After payment is made you will be forwarded to a form to fill in your information that you want on your email.  It will ask for your Name, Title, Any Slogans, Address, Phone/Fax Numbers, Email address, URL and anything else you would like added to you email. We will also need your photo and Company logo
  
   

• Once we have received your payment and you have sent us everything we need, we will require 24 - 48 hours to design it and email you the Graphic Email and the instructions on how to set it up on your computers email.  It is VERY SIMPLE and the instructions are step-by-step.
   

• Once you have received the files and instructions and have followed the steps you are finished. Now you will simply send emails the way you use to. The images will automatically be inserted into your messages.
